Fidelity Investments’ digital tools have helped them lead the financial sector for quite some time. With the directive to raise the bar, we were tasked with the consolidation of their suite of retirement planning tools in to a single, personalized experience. I worked closely with our User Experience Team and Fidelity product owners to iterate and present a flexible design solution that could work across multiple stages of retirement planning. The design process proved complex in areas such as logic, form inputs, data visualization, and interaction design.
