Podfarm - A collaboration with Maxfield Holz at Carnegie Mellon University, the Podfarm is a conceptual tool for introducing urban agriculture into the realm of the fully developed city. Cheap to mass-produce, transportable by truck, and maintainable by a small number of workers, the Podfarm can be erected against existing structures and hung to form a micro-landscape, and can range in size from a small cluster to an entire neighborhood.
