The inspiration for the Shade Fan design concept is based on the design of the hand fan. The Shade Fan consists of six interconnected Sunbrella fabric blades mounted on aluminum arms and linked by an electrically operated pivoting mechanism.
It is foldable and extends horizontally from 0 to 180 degrees, forming a half-circle shade.
It can be placed on either side of a modular metal beam structure. In public spaces, several modular metal beam structures and rounded pillars can be placed together in different sizes and multiple shade configurations.
