One of Jeff's bent ply stools and our tiny tablesaw/horizontal borer. Lots of Inca machinery in the shop.
One of a room full of custom pieces nearing completion.
Setting up lighting to shoot the workbench for Fine Woodworking magazine.
I helped reorganize and clean Jeff's shop as well as unearthing some forgotten oldies. Jeff made these for his chair making book. The one on the right features a trick too complex for most people to repeat, so he made the one on the left for the book in the end. His son had grown up using them, I bought the frames from him and refinished them in my spare time, weaving the seats and making them whole again.

J. Miller (2011-2012): Furniture apprenticeship

I organized a furniture design apprenticeship with a master furniture designer of 30 years, Jeff Miller. These are some of the things I worked on for Jeff, for clients, or for publishing in Fine Woodworking magazine.
