Matilda Rutherford

Inspired by the modern cowboys of the Western world, Mary Lou was an exhibition piece for Dowel Jones, a furniture design Studio at RMIT run by Dale Hardiman and Adam Lynch of Lab De Stu.

With the raw dowel and laced leather thonging holding the natural leather saddle in place, Mary Lou takes you on a leisurely ride through the modern cowboy.
