Vector Drawings
One of the things I am asked to do most frequently is to take a photograph, drawing, or even a verbal description from a client, and modify it for use as a sandblast drawing. This conversion of vague concept into clarified vector image is a complicated journey that leads to a simplified image. The need to convey an immediate message through a single image is paramount. The graphic impact of these images reflect the emotions of the people who commissioned them for their loved ones' monuments. Other graphic logos, produced at the request of various institutions, demand that immediacy even more. I just love taking an image in, picking out the most important parts, and converting it into a format that could be used on a monument or a letterhead. It is one of my primary strengths.
