With a motivation to use the power and influence of toys as a learning tool for children. My project consisted of three mini role models (or dolls) that exhibited certain virtues. They were explained
through stories of the characters. The idea of “play to learn” was central to my project. In particular, I tapped into the effect that it can have on a child in their later development. It was through hand sculpting that I was able to make the customized creation of each individual character, which ultimately helped
children identify with the characters.
