“I hear you 2” is a proposal for enhancing social skills among cochlear implant users, and hard-of-hearing and hearing students in inclusive classrooms.

The system explores senses and encourages students to fully participate in
classroom activities, develop social skills
and perform to their full potential.

Each module with multisensory panels
offers a variety of opportunities for
interaction. The visual elements, the mirrors, promote self and spatial awareness, and the different textures
reinforce a tactile discrimination in a
variety of surfaces.

By sharing, a group of children are persuaded to play together, group, share, compromise, negotiate, problem-solve and take turns.
