The barstool bender is composed of four identical, folded steel sheets. This has the following benefits: Beginning with the production, there has to be cut out only one work piece of sheet. Also the further processing by CNC-controlled folding needs only one, always the same step. In this way during the whole production process there can be saved the enormously high tooling costs. At the end four identical sheets are attached on a polypropylene extrusion and closed with a cap.
Joined together accrues a highly stable, material-saving and light barstool. With an online-configurator it’s possible to create individual colour compositions for every kind of environment.
