Image Reproduction - CMST 320 - Adobe Illustrator. This image was provided as an assignment for CMST 320. Students were tasked with using Adobe Illustrator to accurately reproduce the provided image. The biggest lesson learned was the reproduction of elements at specified intervals to achieve the marks for the seconds. Shading, gradients, and opacity were used to achieve the 3 dimensional appearance ond to give the appearance of a glass cover. The image was provided by the professor. All other work done myself.
Logo Project - CMST 320 - Adobe Illustrator. This was a fun and rewarding project. Students were asked to remake a popular logo. One redesign was required to incorporate elements of the original and the other was to be a complete redesign of the company’s logo. For the first redesign I incorporated both the color scheme and a modernized version of the famous Honda wing. For the complete redesign my focus was to avoid overcomplicating the design while attempting to convey the strength of the company. All work was done using Adobe Illustrator. The original Honda logo is included with the two redesigns. All other work done myself.
