Coffee Shop Renovation project
Renovation of existing café in Del Monte shopping center, Monterey CA. The renovation project included replacement of all engine casework, interior finishes and demo/redesign of exterior cladding.
Project contribution:
• Prepared schematic design package using InDesign and Revit.
•Prepared interior furniture layout, lighting layout in Revit for design direction to external design consultants
•Designed exterior cladding design and prepared sketch for external design consultants
• Selected all FFE for project, prepared schedule for incorporation into CD set
