Few game design based works - This slide basically dedicated to few game design concepts. The poster is a part of the research and analysis documentation showing what all kind of corporate gameplay occours in a production facility.Effort is to visualize the positional power of various designations. Thumbnails strip below is from another game based project. They depict a series of user actions if a multiplayer town planning game is proposed and designed. The scenario document contains 13 slides out of which 3 can be seen here.

Data Visualization excercise - The image shows the effort to visualize a set of financial data which compared India and China in terms of economic growth trend they have shown in past three years. Source of the data was a table from economic times of india, it contained Return on Investment and Return on Equity details for 9 various sectors. After the study , this poster of A0 size was developed keeping in mind the the comparitive visual approach one can give to the data at hand. here on the page , the reduced image size may hinder the original clarity achieved with the printed poster. The final conclusion that the visualization also supported was that China has a far greater economy size , while India has a fast growing speed but has still to rise up to match the size.

GPS and mobile interfaces - The project was an explorative work. target was to generate ideas about the use of GPS with indian context. ( details at www.gpsprojmanan.blogspot.com ) The final exploration that was done is to find the ways of visualising locational information via mobile sms medium. the project looked to technical detailing and business model also. Above image shows a part of documentation which reflects the kind of navigation that can be designed to escalate the user till the final detail of a contact in his mobile. It is the first draft. User testing and iterations were done on the basic idea for assuring the usability. primary target was a college student.

GIS and data visualization - The image above shows glimpses of the outcome from the work at Survey of India, hyderabad. The work was with a team of five and my contribution was on system preparation and data viz. The project was to analyse the water availability in Andhra Pradesh districts with the available scattered data. work consisted of preparing the full system in ARC GIS 9.0 and preparing the visualization schemes with the locational data. Various analysis were performed to understand the scenario better. thumbnails ataached are those screenshots.

ATM locator : user centered design - work done as the user centered design of an ATM locator system. Effort to get the ATM finding problems through user study and questionnaire were done. after that and the explorations the web based system was designed to show bank ATMs along with the allied banks.
