The concept of Ice Plates were done in order to introduce new attractive shapes. The inspiration, some how, had become out of movements of hands when twisting the plate (resembling playing with a joystick for example in the first 4 pictures which the concept's name is Ice Play). Also, another approach was to put much more efficient spaces for making Ice (such as Ice Bus and Ice House concepts). Also, there are two other concepts Ice Paint and Ice O'Clock which have different sizes of ice holders and a bit more in quantity in comparison with usual ice plates used nowadays.
