Melle | Hotel Restaurant - Budapest Hungary | Redefined Modern | Rooted in the past and redefining modern. Melle offers a new and approachable interpretation of the business hotel dining experience. Named for the Hungarian word for “next to” – in part for the restaurants adjacency to the Hálózat Hotel and also to The River Danube, the title is additionally an adaptation of the Hungarian word mellerendel- or in English- juxtapose. Indeed the space is a carefully curated collection of unexpected pairings with materials and design details aimed to surprise and inspire.
