I served in the Peace Corps in Ethiopia and was a member of the Gender and Development Committee as their Media and Graphics Designer.

Peace Corps Volunteers around the country plan summer camps for students and the most popular is Camp GLOW (Girls Leading Our World or Girls/Guys Leading Our World). I designed this t-shirt for the Camp GLOW Bale, which took place in the city of Goba in the Bale Mountains. The animals are all endemic to the mountains and were drawn by Peace Corps volunteer Summer Woolsey who lived in the Bale Mountains for 2 years during her service. The camp divided students into 5 groups and each group was assigned a different animal.
