Seattle Department of Transportation hired my firm, Osborn Consulting, to provide conceptual designs of neighborhood street and safety improvements in the City of Seattle, based on resident's applications for projects. I provided the conceptual images, usually an aerial and a section view for each of 20 project sites completed. Each site was developed into Project Information Sheet for the Neighborhood Councils to approve for funding. All project information sheets (both those that I developed and those that another firm developed) are located on SDOT's website for viewing by the public.
