Sustainable Chess Set - I created this set by creating the silhouettes and and blocks in an illustrator file. I then used a laser cutter to cut the pieces out and then glued them together. This allowed me to get both sets from one cut out of a 17.25in x 18.25in piece of quarter in plywood.
