I had a lot of fun with this project... The story goes that I was working with a colleague who could only work with a specific mouse. When he decided to leave the company, this was a farewell gift. I disassembled the original mouse, made a 3D scan to get the shape of the shell, redesigned the interior of the shell, then I applied his picture as a 3D relief, made a 3D print of the shell and painted it in silver. Then put all the parts together, and “voila” it was working =)
