For obvious reasons, the camera pans quickly over the "bad" brands, so the brief was to create packaging that said "fizzy drink" at half a glance, but could also not in any way be mis-identified as a specific brand (copyright Innocent/Hungry Man)
The other element of the brief was to use colours contrasting with the yellows, oranges and pinks of the Innocent products, so they'd stand out on the shelves (copyright Innocent/Hungry Man)

I also produced some graphics to dress the more upmarket cafe we were filming in as a Greasy Spoon. I rememner being pretty pleased with this effort at the time!

Innocent Smoothies "Tastes Good, Does Good" (Commercial, 2014)

I taught myself how to use Illustrator with the encouragement of Amanda MacArthur and was still very much learning when she asked me to do this Innocent Smoothies commercial. In the advert, a hungover man has to choose between "the chain of good:" an Innocent smoothie, or the "chain of bad:" other sugary soft drinks. Obviously real alternative soft drink brands couldn't be used in this scenario, so I had to create some clearly non-specific fizzy drink packaging.
