Contextual Research Methods - This image explains the flow of a few tasks within a restaurant. The purpose of this project was to understand various contextual research methods by observing real users within their environment. Later our group of three would synthesize the data into models that explained various methods of research such as culture, flow, artifact, breakdowns indicated with red X's, and design solutions.
