Sample of program I wrote. The tester awaits user input of test selection , the life-cycle test or quick closing-time verification test. After automatically ensuring the pulley is properly attached and tightened, the tester will run tests and present pass/fail and closing time outputs via LEDs. I also wrote an instructions booklet for future users.

Tasked with designing an automated tester to verify proper assembly of damping pulleys that are a vital part of the double doors of CPI aisle containment solutions. The tester requires little user input and has a safety switch to shut off in case it is opened during operation.
