FCA Sponsored Studio 2017 | College for Creative Studies Thesis | Chrysler Imperial Concept 2031
This project was done for my final term at CCS in a Fiat-Chrysler sponsored exterior studio. The brief was to design a vehicle around the personality, wants, and needs of a real Instagram user. The user I was assigned at random was Carmen Jorda, a Formula 1 development driver, model, and fashionista. I chose to focus on her more high-class, comfortable, and fashionable side for this design. FCA asked students to design for the near future (2031+), so this scenario assumes that in that future, Carmen is known as a supermodel with her own fashion lines and private racing team. I chose to design an ultra-luxury Chrysler Imperial to complement the lavish lifestyle that she lives. The scenario title, "Arrival," refers to the presence that the vehicle asserts when she arrives at any one of the many events she attends worldwide.
