The Gig Man carries the guitar, leads and microphone through the use of clips, adjustable height mechanisms and other methods. It is pulled along with a handle located on the rear, this allows one trip to be made from the car to the venue. It's also fully compact-able to save space in the car and can double as a guitar stand on stage.

Solo Artist Transport Unit
Here is a side project that I designed for a local solo artist to limit his back ache when gigging. He told me that he had problems transporting his gear (microphone, guitar and leads) into the venue, as it would often involve making multiple trips to the car. If there was a way to carry all of the items in one go, then this would save time, effort and limit injury.
