An Architect's Studio - This project dealt with a site which was 6m x 18m with a view of the beach beyond sand dunes on the shorter side.
The structure is designed in the form of a egyptian vault and constructed of compressed stabilised earth block. A simply balanced structure of concrete is woven into the vault to support the mezzanine floor and balcony that runs around the vaulted form.
