Subaru Service, Parts and Accessories sends out over 60 different Direct Mailers and/or emails to their customers over the duration of their vehicle ownership. These communications follow a specific cadence depending on where each owner is in the life cycle of their ownership. Each Direct Mail piece and eMail is customizable so that retailers can include a variety of information, from hours of operation to the retailers amenities. The intention of these communications is to build/maintain trust with their customers.
