The convertible briefcase and garment case is a patented design that comes with an adjustable saddlebag attachment and dividers for keeping belongings organized. My role was to create a thorough tech pack and provide suggestions on the bag’s construction and hardware details. As a first step, I made sketches in all of the views I deemed necessary to convey the bag's functionality and features. Once the design details were finalized, I made a 100% scale paper prototype to check dimensions and assure my client the spec would be accurate. Vector drawings from the tech pack would later be revised to comply with patent application requirements.
