Lake Harriet's Legend: Mr. Little Guy - Sap Tap & Twig Swig - Inspired by a mysterious elf who moved into the neighborhood at the base of an ash tree surrounding the blue water of Lake Harriet. Since the Spring of 1995, Mr. Little Guy has become a legend around Minneapolis. Each year, he receives about 1,500-2,000 letters and responds back to each and every one of them.
