First Floor - All modular housing units were designed to fit within the existing column grid of the parking garage structure.
Second Floor
Third Floor - Working only with the column grid and no existing walls left lots of outdoor space for community areas.
Fourth Floor - The top floor was used as an outdoor picnic area to bring a sense of community to the occupants
