Mix's Wedding Dress

This is a three-piece ensemble consisting of a jacket, a corset, and a show-stopper skirt. The organza skirt is embellished with three flounces covered in box-pleated lace. There wasn't time to order lace trim, so the lace was pleated by hand by a group of the bride's friends. The corset is a grid of boning inspired by an Alexander McQueen Design, worn over the jacket and skirt. The jacket was made by another tailor and altered to fit.
