As my work at Prolec GE I collaborated in several projects, all of them are confidential so they cannot be showed.
Her are some of my activities and achievements in 5 years at the company:
Activities:
• Optimum development of the internal distribution of the accessories that make a transformer and its external appearance.
• Study of ergonomics and functionality of existing tools in the transformer.
• Development of virtual and physical models (functional) and monitoring the development of prototypes and pilot runs in the assembly process.
• Design rules and elaboration of manufacturing drawings of various products.
Achievements:
• Implementation and coordination of the concept generation methodology in the New Product Introduction System (validation plans, QFD, FMEA).
• Patent: Underground Transformer (MX-F-2007-001142)
• Leading industrial design for extra large power transformer
