50 x 65 cm, Chalk / charcoal on thick paper. From the series 'Hot Enough?' Unique art work by Leon , signed on the back. This drawing is part of a series of sketches in which I tried to visualize experiences encountered in Amsterdam's gay nightlife. In recent years, things happened... and that has caused changes we haven't yet fully comprehended or learned to deal with. Meanwhile minorities are absent or have seemingly blended into other cultures and race and origin have supersided, leaving many questions unanswered. Hypes, hearsay, disagreements and blabbering have at times taken over the discourse, while the standard and expectations of sex have surpassed pornography in a time when sex, youth and beauty can be exploited.
