Leonardo Maia

The "Cafezinho" (little coffee) Chair was an interdisciplinary college project.
The briefing said it should be a piece of furniture with the residential function of sitting. The design must include some aspect of brazilian identity to be evidenced through its formal setting.
The chosen brazilian aspect was the coffee, because Brazil is the largest producer and second largest consumer of coffee in the world.
