The house is an evolution of traditional Malay house employing modern construction techniques and materials.
Due the ethnic cultural practices, the house still maintains the basic living patterns which comprised of primary front house and secondary back house , connected by a intermediate secondary entrance. The overall house program concept is like a plug-and-play system where the LIVING MECHANISM is plugged into the SERVICE CORE at the back by CONNECTING WIRES in the middle.Living mechanism are supported by Guest and family living and expandable bedrooms in accordance to demands later. Energy and service core is supplied by family dining ,kitchen and bathroom. Connecting wires serves as a buffer zone where high inhabitants circulation happens, ventilated by gardens.
