As a detail the power LED was submerged about 0,5 mm underneath the wooden surface, so the light only appears on the surface of the wood during the machine has been powered on.

Universal casing | Smart Card Coder for Aventra Oy
I was commissioned to create a casing for two different kinds of flat embeddeable computers and a smart card coder. I decided that all the casings need to resemble each other, so I wanted to make the casings using the same set of molds for each and then make the individual differences by varying the CNC routing to make the casing suitable for the item it encases. The Smart Card Coder was the first item to have its casing. The customer for the project is a finnish security software company, Aventra Oy.
