InDesign Dance Party Flyer 2016
This piece is was created using Adobe InDesign for a course at UMUC. The course was Desktop Publishing and was taken in the Spring of 2016. InDesign is used to create works such as posters, flyers, brochures, and magazines.
This piece is a flyer for a fictional dance party and it demonstrates InDesign's capability of creating content for print as well as digital publishing. The flyer was for a dance party that takes place in June, and I wanted to think outside the box and pretend the party was for a Halloween-like event. I chose the background image because it is dark and synonymous with the Halloween theme, and to allow for the brighter colors to be used in the foreground.
