body shell construction - Shells are made of thermo plastic PA6, a nylon polymide combined with glass fibres, for strength and stiffness purposes. Material thickness is set to 2.3mm as a requirement, as it must function as flame retardant.
Product is structured with steel, but aluminium is employed in components that are not structurally important, such as shells.
