Lea Kirdikian

This set of speakers introduces the sense of sight to the sense of sound. The speakers are topped with a thin membrane onto which particles of colored sand, each of a different density, get to bounce to the rhythms of music from below. The intensity and the genre of music played all affect the visuals created from the jumping sand particles.
