Zephyr : a lighter side to life

A two part product, Zephyr, is comprised of a dandelion seed embedded burial shroud, and an aeolian harp.

Upon natural decomposition, the shroud absorbs enough nutrients to blossom into a bed of dandelions. Each dandelion seed would have the "remains" of the deceased. Hence, with the lift of the slightest winds, these remain filled dandelion seeds will scatter for kilometers around.

This is natural scattering of metaphorical ashes.

A break into the silence left after one's death, standing over the dandelion bed, the aeolian harp hums as a musical marker to an eternal voice beyond the grave.

Both, shroud and harp, clutch onto the invisible element of wind, symbolizing the ephemeral poetry of life and death through cycles of motion.
