New and Remodel Store Process Binders
I gathered information from various departments at the corporate office of Gander Mountain to establish the proper processes and systems for a new/remodel store manager. Each new/remodel store manager is given one of these binders, which outlines all of the steps that take place from when they first report to their market to when they open the doors on Grand Opening Day.
This project highlights my design, layout, copy writing, photography, and editing for a large document.
