Environmental Branding: Norwalk Community Health Center (NCHC) - In 2009, NCHC received a grant to build a state-of-the-art medical facility. While the center was in the planning stages, I worked on a rebrand focused on growth and ethnic diversity. The timing was a perfect opportunity to incorporate the new branding into the overall facility design. Logo colors were informed by the tile, laminate, and fabric swatches; logo forms inspired the floor & signage design. Additional work included stationary, print ads, bus ads, and grand opening collateral.
Floor design, NCHC - Taking the color and leaf pattern from the new NCHC logo, I designed 24,000 feet of floor for the new health center.
Exterior signage, NCHC - Logo and 3D sign design as applied to a newly expanded health center.
Interior sign design, NCHC - As part of a complete rebranding for the NCHC, I designed a suite of signs inspired by the new logo. Signs included department signs, door/wall signs and special area signs. All signs are ADA compliant.

reBranding + Environment Design

In 2009 the NCHC received a federal grant to build a state-of-the-art medical facility. While the new building was in the planning stages, I went to work on a rebrand that communicated the growth and ethnic diversity of it’s community. The timing presented a perfect opportunity to organically incorporate the new branding into areas of the overall facility design and vice versa. Logo colors were informed by opportunities within the tile, laminate, and fabric swatches; logo forms inspired the floor and signage design. The tone throughout is vibrant, life-affirming and community-centric. Additional marketing touchpoints included stationary, print ads, bus ads and grand opening collateral.
