The assignment was to create a city in monochromatic colors. I chose to use red watercolor paint for the clowns hair, for the people running, and for the target. I got the idea for this project from a dream i had, with some modifications. i used black watercolor paint for the entire images, except for the red areas and the faces of the clowns. for the clown's faces i used ink markers.
