touchscreen kiosk for Verizon/7-11 - The 7-11 kiosk project was one of Verizon’s first forays into customer self-service. My deliverables included research into best-in-class kiosks, UI and IA recommendations, heuristic evaluations, participating in requirements, creating use cases, high-level UI flow prototypes and the information architecture for a reporting/business intelligence website that would list real-time activity and metrics on the user’s interactions at the kiosk.
