Integrated call center software application - iConsole is a complete desktop environment intended to host all functionality necessary for Verizon call center CSAs (Customer Service Agents). I conducted initial user research and helped design and build the initial prototypes of the product. Later I led the first round of focus groups to collect feedback on early design directions before handing it off to the graphic design team for completion.
