Voice User Interface - Voice interaction + speech recognition became a leading business objective when I was at Verizon. I lead a team of seven to rollout this consumer-facing application and interfaced with usability; lead the information architecture; participated in requirements with stakeholders; directed the voice talent; and oversaw the overall user experience of the application.
