Design Research for Verizon eBusiness - I worked on a number of user research projects focused on call center staff. These began with discovery oriented field studies of staff in their environment, and included participant observation, contextual inquiry, task analysis, and persona development. In later phases I would involve our usability lab for more focused study and analysis, and ultimately develop specific tactical and strategic recommendations as well as product prototypes.
