Fedexidentity.com award winning web site - The FedEx Identity website was designed to provide a self service mechanism for businesses to access Fedex identity materials. Projects from catalogs to movies use the app to access FedEx logos, uniforms, and other identity related materials. FedEx wanted to encourage businesses using its identity in their marketing materials to adhere to identity standards and participate in a formal review process.
FedEx Identity wizard - The site had to be easy to use to reduce abandonment of the site and misuse of the identity. I redesigned the client and administrative apps to reach these goals.
FedEx identity dynamic navigation - The client site builds a custom navigation system based upon the project type, FedEx services being used, and the types of resources needed. New users are walked through a step-by-step process while all screens remain easily available to users already familiar with the process.
FedEx.com new customer center How to Ship tour - In 2002 FedEx customers were confused by FedEx's multiplicity of services and didn't know how to ship online. FedEx asked me to design a new customer center that would help users understand the services and the online shipping process.
