when the service is switched on, the first option for a user is to either view the guide in his preferred language which provides ease of usage
the broad categories within which all the services and features are displayed to inform the user about all the above mentioned
whenever the user wishes, he can select the exit option to go back to the home screen which shows the broad categories of the services and features available
when a user chooses to view an alert, the screen the user was watching is minimised to the top right corner. to view the screen again, all the user has to do is select the screen and press a button on the remote
the user also has the option to view only the alert and not the programme he was viewing by selecting the alert. by choosing the back option, the user will be taken to the previous screen
