Bald Eagle Kayak Facility (Studio 1 Project 2)
This project will deal with the rellation of nature and building and how we design a space that celebrates both. Do we work in nature on nature's own terms, observing her laws and forms of growth or do we interrupt her natural flow with our buildings?
Create a design that works with or changes the contours that incorporates a kayak rack that brings the kayak to the user, a kayak storage structure, docks, a rental office, changing rooms, and a cafe. Use the design of your kayak rack to inform the design of your facility.
