Bolton & Co Rebrand

Bolton & Co is an insurance and risk management company that has been in operation for more than 80 years. They wanted an updated look to bring them into today.

We started by studying their history, their competition, and their industry. Our goal was not to just design a pretty logo. We wanted to help them stand out for what they stand for, while embracing their past.

Starting with their logo, we took care not to just start from scratch. We took the familiar flame element that was incorporated years ago and modernized it. From there, we helped them unify their corporate voice and build their mission statement and key attributes.

Once the brand was finalized, we took a unique approach to revealing the new look. Employees came back to work from a long weekend to be presented with a video of the rebrand. When they arrived at their desks, all of their stationery was replaced with the new look, along with branded motivational posters throughout the office.
