Room One design gave me a trial brief for a preliminary interview to test my skills, in relation to POS design. I have never done POS design and never really thought it was an area I would like to pursue. However, you can create some interesting setups which does get the blood pumping. These images are a collation of renders that I designed and development over the span of a 12 hour time line.
Mock Brief: Confectionery within a Pharmacy:
"We are looking at introducing some confectionery displays (Cadbury) within numerous pharmacies around Australia.
The solution needs to:
- have a small footprint on either the counter or floor space (everything is prime real estate within a pharmacy)
- maximise the stock the display can hold
- provide ample space for branding opportunities
No production restrictions are in place for this – we are simply looking for concepts."
